It's easier to learn than other 3D modeling programs, which is why so many people are already using it. SketchUp debuted as a universal 3D content creation tool in August 2000 and was conceived as a software program that "will allow design professionals to paint the way they want by mimicking the feeling and freedom of simple and elegant pen and paper work.",There are two versions of SketchUp. The main difference between Google SketchUp Pro 6 and Google SketchUp 6. is the ability to save/open/export/import files from/to other CAD applications (such as AutoCAD and TurboCAD) and their prices.

Course Objectives

SketchUp's presentation style, simple dimensioning and inference engine make it easy to create explosion and dimension views. This simple view provides all the information needed to mill the face frame of the base cabinet for this box.
When comparing SketchUp with Big Brother CAD tools, there are also shortcomings in other areas such as logic operations and splines.
A nice part of SketchUp is that it allows plugins to enhance their feature set and has a global community.
There is a free download plugin called Ruby script. Almost any feature you want can be found online.

Scholarships

Due to any reason, student leave the course without its completion, he/she has to pay scholarship amount with 12% per annum interest.
